Pump Dynamics of Thulium-Doped Soliton Fiber Lasers

Abstract

The impact of core-pumping at pump wavelengths of 790 nm and 1565 nm on the optical performance, relative intensity and phase noise characteristics of a linear cavity thulium soliton mode-locked fiber lasers are presented.
