Study of terahertz transmission on coplanar waveguide

Abstract

The coplanar waveguide has relatively low radiation loss in the millimeter wave band. In this paper, we find the most suitable coplanar waveguide structure parameters for the transmission of terahertz (THz) using the software of Ansoft HFSS.
