Study on transmission characteristics of terahertz wave in microstrip line

Abstract

A design of microstrip line (MSL) has been used for propagating terahertz wave through an on-chip system. The ultimate aim of this article is to obtain the best parameters for the transmission of the THz wave in the MSL using HFSS simulation software.
