Near-field Terahertz Wave Measurement Based on Intensity and Electric-field Detections

Abstract

In a self-homodyne detection scheme for the near-field terahertz wave under ambient conditions, it has been demonstrated that the intensity detection technique was superior to the electric field detection technique.
