Abstract

High power femtosecond laser at 520 nm (40 W), 347 nm (9 W), and 260 nm (3.5 W) are prepared with BBO crystals, using a homemade 100-W Yb-fiber CPA laser at 1 MHz. These laser sources will be used for generating low-order harmonics at VUV.
