Physics-based Modeling and Simulation of Conductive-Bridge Random Access Memory (CBRAM)

Abstract

A physics-based compact model for conductive-bridge random access memory (CBRAM) is developed to capture the resistive switching behaviors correlated with materials and operation schemes based on atomic Monte-Carlo simulations.
