Bipolar resistive switching behaviors of AgBiTe chalcogenide thin films

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The resistive switching of Ag/AgBiTe/Pt devices has been demonstrated and the conducting mechanisms have been investigated. The Schottky barrier contributes to high resistance state and the conducting filament is suggested to explain low resistive state.
