3D fluorescent microscopy by multiplexed phase-space measurements

Abstract

We present a multi-shot coded aperture 3D fluorescent imaging method based on multiplexed phase-space sampling theory. Our reconstructed volumes achieve diffraction-limited resolution from only 100 raw images, by exploiting the sparse nature of the sample.
