Ultrafast dynamics in pentacene and tetracene probed using optical pump-probe spectroscopy

Abstract

We present room temperature photoinduced reflection and transmission measurements in pentacene and tetracene single crystals using optical pump-probe spectroscopy. Intrinsic singlet exciton dynamics and singlet fission dynamics are observed.
