Random and ensemble optical fields from scattering media using frequency-resolved interferometer measurements

Abstract

Frequency-resolved interferometer measurements of a scattering medium are shown to provide random field and intensity data in time. Averaging produces the ensemble impulse response, which is in agreement with a diffusion model for sufficient scatter.
