Abstract

Since the beginning of single molecule spectroscopy (SMS) at room temperature, it has often been suggested that it may be used for measuring the time trajectories of individidual biomolecule’s conformational dynamics. Such time trajectories can not be measured on ensembles because of the lack of synchronization.
