Abstract

The coherent properties of the light-semiconductor interaction are of strong interest because they influence the ultimate fate of light entering a semiconductor.1-3 However, in standard multiple quantum well (MQW) structures, coupled modes of exciton and photon (polaritons) have not been considered particularly important.
