Abstract

Recent time-integrated degenerate four-wave mixing (TI-DFWM) experiments on multiple quantum well (MQW) Bragg and anti-Bragg structures demonstrated that radiative interwell coupling of excitons in MQW structures can have as significant consequences on the nonlinear optical response as the intrawell Coulomb interaction.1,2
