Spectroscopy of ionisation processes in pulsed lalser ablation

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Pulsed Laser Ablation Deposition (PLAD) is a powerful technique for the preparation of thin films from a laser ablated target. We have applied PLAD for the preparation of superconductive, ferroelectric and metallic films.
