Emission spectrum of the XeOH excimer excited by a fast discharge

Abstract

The UV emission spectrum of the XeOH excimer was observed excited by fast discharge in a mixture of He, Xe, and water vapor. The spectrum is a no structure band of ~6-nm bandwidth centered at ~235 nm.
