Optical nonlinearities at low-light intensities in asymmetric coupled-quantum-well structures

Abstract

We performed room temperature spectroscopic studies of multiple-quantum-well (MQW) samples consisting of pairs of coupled wells of unequal widths as a function of bias across the MQW region and as a function of the optical intensity incident on the samples.
