Abstract

We report on the transfer-printing-based integration of PbS QD pixels for multi-spectral imaging in the short-wave infrared. As a proof-of-concept, 8 multi-spectral pixels each consisting of 4 QD photodetectors operating in the SWIR are demonstrated. © 2019 The Author(s)
