Reflectance Change by Grating-Position Shifting in Cavity-Resonator-Integrated Guided-Mode Resonance Filter

Abstract

A cavity-resonator-integrated guided-mode resonance filter (CRIGF) consisting of a grating coupler (GC) between two DBRs can provide a narrowband reflection with small aperture. The dependence of CRIGF reflectance on the GC position was investigated.
