Abstract

Efforts to spatially and temporally resolve photoinduced energy and charge transfer in hybrid plasmonic nanostructures are discussed. Particular emphasis is on coupling between molecular excitonic structures and plasmons. The ability to use these nanostructures to characterize photoinduced energy and charge transfer processes is described.
