Low cross-talk silica arrayed-waveguide grating for visible light spectroscopy

Abstract

Silica arrayed-waveguide grating with a channel spacing of 2 nm for visible light was fabricated. The loss and the cross-talk at around the center wavelength of 671.2 nm were 5.39 dB and −30.1 dB. respectively.
