Engineering Spectral Variation of FSR by Tailoring Dispersion for Octave-Spanning Comb Generation Based on Micro-Resonators

Abstract

The free spectral range of integrated resonators is engineered over an octave-spanning frequency range with greatly improved uniformity, which is enabled by dispersion tailoring using a nano-scale slot structure, for on-chip frequency comb generation.
