Abstract

The designed silicon-on-nitride waveguide illustrates an ultrabroadband (~4200 nm) low chromatic dispersion (±0.05 ps/(nm·m)) in mid-infrared wavelength region. This provides a good nonlinear medium for broadband signal processing.
