GPU-Based Quantitative Second-Harmonic Generation Imaging

Abstract

We adapt a graphics processing unit (GPU) to quantitative second-harmonic generation imaging. In comparison to our previously reported CPU-based approach, our GPU-based image analysis results in ~10x improvement in computational time.
