Design of Subwavelength Resolution 3D Diffractive Optics

Abstract

The design and results of FDTD simulation and experimental verification of innovative radiating structures as conical FZP lens are discussed. It has been shown that in contrast to the flat diffractive optic the curvilinear 3D diffractive conical optic allow to overcome 3D Abbe barrier with focal distance F more than F>2λ.
