Abstract
To realize high-resolution quantum optical coherence tomography, we have generated broadband spontaneous parametric fluorescence from two nonlinear crystals. Measured bandwidth (~170 nm) can lead to sub-micron axial resolution. For comparison, we have demonstrated optical coherence tomography using the super luminescence diode with the bandwidth of 77 nm and measured axial resolution was approximately 5 μm.
