The Hyperspectral Soil Line: a preliminary description

Abstract

The hyperspectral “soil line” describes the change in brightness of reflected light due to water-enhanced absorption by soil. Thus, the location and orientation of the soil line represents soil reflectance in the 450-950 nm range.
