Abstract

Characterization of spectral-spatial interdependence related error in the acquired images requires three-dimensional point spread function (3D PSF) measurements. In this contribution we introduce a 3D PSF measurement setup and demonstrate the error assessment for an acousto-optic tunable filter imaging spectrometer.
