Many-body effects upon high-harmonic generation in solid-state materials

Abstract

Based on the time-dependent Hartree-Fock simulations, we reveal the electron-hole interaction qualitatively affects the solid-state high-harmonic spectra. We identify its origin in terms of electron-hole polarization.
