Phase-stable sub-single-cycle pulses from parametric amplification covering the entire range of 2.5-10 µm

Abstract

We present a carrier-envelope-phase-stable sub-single-cycle mid-infrared OPA covering the entire range of 2.5-10 µm from CSP, pumped at 2.1 µm, and synthesized from the sub-2-cycle signal and idler pulses covering 2.5–4.5 µm and 4.5–10µm, respectively.
