Abstract

High-order harmonics generation(HHG) has been studied intensively since it is a promising method of achieving a compact, coherent extreme-ultraviolet radiation source. In order to improve HHG efficiency, the phase-matching between the pump waves and harmonic waves is very important[l-3].
