Hybrid Radial Basis Function and Local φ-Polynomial Surfaces

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We present an efficient, localized, and hybrid surface description method combining assets of radial basis functions and local φ-polynomials. The method reduces the order of φ-polynomials terms required for optics and applicable to general apertures.
