Opto-thermal Induced Flow Enables Faster Trapping in Nanoaperture Tweezers

Abstract

Opto-thermal induced flow was integrated with nanoaperture tweezers to overcome the diffusion-limited trapping process, which resulted in more than an order-of-magnitude reduction in particle trapping time.
