Anti-Parity-Time Symmetry for Integrated Optical Sensing

Abstract

The enhancement of the eigenfrequencies splitting at the exceptional point in parity-time symmetry has enabled new important possibilities for optical sensing. In this work we propose the use of anti-parity-time symmetry for refractive index sensing.
