Lensless Compound-Eye Vision with Plasmonic Ommatidia

Abstract

We report the design, fabrication, and characterization of geometrically-tunable angle-sensitive photodetectors based on plasmonic metasurfaces for the development of flat lensless compound-eye cameras with ultrawide (±75°) fields of view.
