Spectrally-Tunable Absorption Enhancement in Cooperative Antenna–Cavity Hybrid Systems

Abstract

Integrating plasmonic nanoantennas onto a dielectric photonic crystal slab yields ultrasharp strongly enhanced absorption that are tunable with broad spectral coverage. We elucidate the cooperative antenna–cavity coupling through a temporal coupled mode theory.
