A Microwave Photonic Downconverter with the Third-order Distortion Suppression

Abstract

A microwave photonic downconverter with the third-order distortions suppression is proposed. The distortions can be suppressed by turning a bias voltage and polarizations. The SFDR can achieve 113.2 dB·Hz2/3.
