Abstract

The paper presents photosensitive sandwich-structured Au-vGaAs: O-nCdS-nInP- Au-semiconductor formed by vacuum deposition of thin films of cadmium sulfide and indium phosphide on a single-crystal substrate of gallium arsenide.
