Camera and Inverse Camera System for Free-Space Optical Communications

Abstract

We introduce an imaging-based transceiver for FSOC that enables precision beam steering over a wide field-of-regard using low-cost components with no moving parts. Passive beam steering provides dynamic beam-shaping and multiplexable communication.
