All-Dielectric Polarization-Independent Metasurface Using Cross-Shaped Unit cell

Abstract

Metasurfaces depend on introducing a phase gradient across the interface. In this paper we show a novel polarization-independent all-dielectric metasurface, that is CMOS-compatible, showing beam steering capabilities with efficiency of 89%.
