Design and Fabrication of Microring Resonator Array for mid-IR Filter Applications

Abstract

Mid-IR bandpass filter based on microring resonators 2D array is designed and fabricated. The structure is analyzed using transfer matrix-method and simulated using FDTD. The design is fabricated with polymer (IP-Dip) using two-photon polymerization process.
