Coherence Resonances and Bandgaps in Plasmonic Hole Arrays

Abstract

We theoretically demonstrate the existence of optical coherence bandgaps by simulating plasmonic interaction with a partially coherent field on a subwavelength-thickness gold plate perforated by a linear array of circular holes.
