Using spin-momentum locking to control the polarisation of a nano-emitter on a nanofiber

Abstract

Using a nanofiber we demonstrate that linear dipoles can emit circularly polarised light. We measure the field intensity near a nanofiber using atomic force microscopy and report the first field intensity map around a nanofiber.
