Electric and magnetic hotspots in the Silicon Bow-Tie nanocavity

Abstract

We report enhancement of electric and magnetic fields in the silicon bow-tie nanocavity at visible wavelength. For our design, electric and magnetic resonances have been optically induced at the wavelength of 620 nm.
