Nonlinear Waveguides Based on III–V Semiconductors

Abstract

We propose nonlinear integrated waveguide designs based on semiconductors not widely used for nonlinear photonics previously. The materials belong to the group III–V and are expected to demonstrate interesting nonlinear optical properties.
