Abstract

Here we experimentally demonstrated an all-fiber photodetector (FPD) based on CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) and multi-layered graphene composite structure. Thanks to the superior optoelectronic properties of perovskite NCs and graphene, we achieved optical responsivity as high as ~1900 A/W with small bias voltage.
