On-Chip Nonlinear Injection Locking for Stable Frequency Comb Generation

Abstract

On-chip stabilization of a novel orthogonally coupled monolithic CPM semiconductor laser is presented with more than 14-times reduction in the RF linewidth and almost 5-times reduction in the optical linewidth of the CPM slave laser.
