Solid-Density Experiments for Laser-Based Thomson Scattering: Approaching the Radiation Dominated Regime

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Solid density materials can support acceleration of electrons to the point where they ‘see’ existing laser field strengths as being in the radiation-dominated regime. We will discuss tools related to Thomson scattering in this regime.
