Imaging Human Rod and Cone Photoreceptors with Adaptive Optics SLO/OCT

Abstract

We introduce a new adaptive optics (AO) scanning laser ophthalmoscope/optical coherence tomography (SLO/OCT) system together with 3D motion correction. Images of foveal cones and rod photoreceptors (at some eccentricity from the fovea) are presented.
