High-Transmittance Liquid-Crystal Tunable Terahertz Phase Shifter Using Novel Transparent Electrodes

Abstract

Based on the ITO nanowhiskers (NWhs) as transparent electrodes, we demonstrate the new scheme of terahertz (THz) phase shifter which can be applied at the pretty low driving voltage, and with outstanding transmittance.
