Fiber-coupled sensor employing diffractive optics for simultaneous acquisition of shape, vibration, distance and velocity

Abstract

We present a fiber-coupled miniaturized sensor for simultaneous measurement of velocity, distance, vibration and shape of fast moving rough objects. Optimization of the 25×25×60 mm3 sized sensor is achieved using diffractive optical elements.
